Read these Instructions before filling out the form on the right.
The order process takes place in two separate parts:
Part 1: Send us an email including your photo as an attachment. Our email address is: [email protected] If you have any questions or special requests not covered by the order form, feel free to include them in this email. If possible, make the subject of the email, "Photo Submission". Part 2: Fill out the order form on the right of this page telling us what enhancements you want to order for your photo. Click the Submit button to send the form to us. This will take you to a page confirming that we have received your request and giving you a chance to donate. Please feel free to wait until your picture arrives to consider a donation. You can always navigate to a donate page using the Donate Only item from the menu near the top of this page. The Specialized Services page has its own separate order form. Do not use this current page as the Specialized Services Order Form includes space for you to specify exactly what you want done which might include Vividize, Change Size, Add a Mat, or Painterize. We will match the email address of orders with the email address of submitted photos. Then, we'll perform the work on the photo and send it back attached to an email. If your order is going to be delayed at all, we'll send you an email confirming that we are working on it. Look for an email from [email protected] with the subject, "Your Photo has been processed." Keep an eye on your Spam folder as it may end up there depending on your email settings. Submission TipsThe best way to send us your photo is right off the memory card of your digital camera. This will ensure the highest resolution of your picture for us to work with. However, it may take a while to attach it to your email so if you want to reduce the size of an attachment to anything over 2MB, it will still probably have a satisfactory resolution (dpi).
If your photo is on paper and not in digital form, then you will have to use a scanner to create a digital image. Be sure to scan the image at a high resolution. (300dpi and up is preferred.) |
